Sequences
PRORequires the pro plan or above.
A scheduled series of messages sent over days — a welcome, a reminder, a check-in — that runs without anyone remembering to send it.

- Select New sequence and name it.
- Add each message and set how long after the previous one it sends.
- Choose what enrols someone.
- Enable it.
The sequence is shown as a flow, so you can see the timing end to end rather than reading it step by step.
Anyone who replies is removed from the sequence, so they get a person rather than the next scheduled message.
Tip
Three or four messages is usually plenty. Long sequences get the number blocked, which costs you every future conversation with that person.
